Refunds are available for course purchases within 14 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course.
Subscription fees or memberships after the billing cycle has started.
Courses marked as "non-refundable" during purchase.

Include your order number and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
